This role is centered around helping patients understand the importance of dental care, explaining treatment options, and coordinating financial arrangements for treatment.
Responsibilities also include greeting patients, scheduling appointments, processing patients' insurance claims, verifying patients' information, handling in-bound and out-bound calls, and processing payments for treatment.
We are looking for someone who is positive, out-going, goal-driven, and customer service oriented.

Duties Include:
Schedule appointments using Open Dental computer software.
Review patients' accounts to determine accurate amount to collect for treatment.
Handle in-bound and out-bound calls.
Ensuring that all patients' questions and issues are resolved properly and quickly Input patient information into Open Dental Ensure an exceptional patient experience by greeting patients, sending thank you cards, and ensure patients receive patient gifts according to company policies Create and present treatment plans to patients
